What time does my trash need to be out at the curb?

While times vary by location, the best rule of thumb is to put all garbage at the curb by 5:00 a.m. on your collection day.

Does the trash inside my cart have to be bagged?

Yes, typically all trash must be bagged and placed inside your approved garbage receptacle.

What do I do if my trash was not picked up?

Please contact our office so that we can send a recovery truck to your location.

What if I have extra items or more trash than usual?

If you have additional trash of greater volume than the agreed upon service we provide to you – or should you have a bulk item such as furniture, wood, an appliance, etc., you must call the office to schedule a pickup or submit your request with this form. There is an additional charge for these items and a quote can be provided over the phone at the time of your call.

When will you pick up my landscape debris or yard waste?

Landscape debris or yard waste collection is offered in many of the communities we service.

Do you pick up oversized trash items?

Items such as home furnishings, mattresses, carpet and appliances may require special handling and/or advance notice. Contact our customer service representatives for details.

Do you take appliances?

Bulk item and appliance collections vary by location and contract. Items such as appliances, mattresses and home furnishings may require special handling and/or advance notice.

What if my pickup falls on a holiday?

Should your service day fall on a holiday, please call the office if you need to reschedule. We will gladly substitute another weekday for you.

NOTE: If you would like to substitute a different service day in a week that your collection falls on a holiday, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that there are NO service interruptions for holidays not listed below:
New Years Day January 1 – Please do not place trash out for collection the night before this holiday.
Thanksgiving Please do not place trash out for collection the night of this holiday.
Christmas Day December 25 – do not place trash out the night before this holiday (Christmas Eve.)

Do you take Christmas trees?

For many of our customers, we collect Christmas trees on your regularly scheduled collection days during the first two weeks of January. Please remove all tree bags, ornaments, tinsel and stands.
