Post Hurricane Ida Update
HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE UPDATE
We hope everyone had a nice weekend. We are 3 weeks post-Hurricane IDA. We are starting to see some signs of normalcy. Hopefully, we will see a full recovery in many areas in the next few weeks. The weather is looking awesome for the next 10 days. We welcome this change with open arms.
TUESDAY ROUTES
We are running all regularly scheduled TUESDAY household garbage routes. We will continue with CART CONTENT ONLY today. We are not picking up any bagged storm debris. The Storm Debris contractor for your area should be picking up bagged storm debris in your area. Check with officials with the Parish or City to see how bagged storm debris will be handled in your area.
Our plan is to run all of our regular routes this week. However, we will still only be picking up CART CONTENT ONLY! This will continue until the volume of garbage levels off to pre-storm levels.

RECYCLING
Recycling is still suspended. However, we are looking to resume recycling in all areas in early October. Keep checking for updates.
