Regular Garbage and Recycling Schedule Starting on Monday November 2nd

To all of our Customers:

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding over the past 3 days. We were not able to post updates on our website due to the power and internet being down for several days. We tried out best to keep everyone updated by posting updates on Facebook. We have also tried to respond to emails as best we could from remote locations. The power, internet and phone service have been fully restored back at our office. Therefore, our office will be open as normal tomorrow morning at 8 am.

Once again, we appreciate your patience, understanding and support as we have been working very hard to get our services back to normal post Hurricane Zeta.

BACK TO REGULAR SCHEDULE FOR GARBAGE AND RECYCLING

We will be back to our regular Garbage and Recycling Schedule next week starting on Monday, November 2nd. Thank you to all of our customers for your patience and understanding over the past few days. Hurricane Zeta did cause some issues and inconveniences for many of our TEAM members as well as many of our customers across the areas that we service. On behalf of all of our TEAM members, we thank all of our customers for your patience, understanding and support as we had to make changes to our schedule the past couple of days.

As a reminder, please keep your garbage and recycling separated from your Storm Debris. Please place your carts/bins to the curb the night before service or by 5 am on day of service. Please have the handle of the cart facing your residence. Also, please remember to keep your carts/bins at least 3ft from your mailbox, vehicles, fire hydrants, cable boxes, etc.
