Routes Running as Normal for September 16, 2020

WEDNESDAY MORNING UPDATE:

All of our Drivers and Helpers are out in the field running their normal Wednesday Garbage routes.

For those customers that normally receive 2x per week service on Tuesday and Friday, your garbage will be collected on your second collection day this week which will be this Friday. We will resume regular service to your area next week.

For those customers that are normally picked up 1x per week on Tuesday — we initiated robocalls on Monday evening and yesterday letting you know when your service would take place.

As a reminder – all recycling routes have been cancelled this week. We will resume our regular recycling routes next week starting on Monday September 21st.

Our Office will reopen at 8 am this morning.

Once again, thank you to all of our customers for your patience, understanding and support this week. While Hurricane Sally finally went east of our area, the frequent changing of projections made it very challenging as to how we would need to adjust our collection schedules. We had to make sure that we kept the safety of our TEAM members and their families as a top priority.
