St. Tammany Parish Customers

CHANGE IN SERVICE SCHEDULE FOR THIS WEEK!

We have been in communication with the Parish and local officials throughout the weekend. We received rain yesterday and most of the this morning and early afternoon. There is a possibility that the roads may not dry before the extremely cold and freezing temperatures arrive later this evening. This means that the road conditions could be dangerous tomorrow. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, and for the Safety of our Team Members, we have made the decision to cancel services tomorrow. Our office will also be closed tomorrow. We will reopen at 8am on Tuesday morning.

RECYCLING IS CANCELLED FOR THIS WEEK. We will resume our regular recycling routes next week. Please DO NOT place your recyclables at the curb at all this week.

MONDAY -- ALL ROUTES ARE CANCELLED! (Commercial and          Residential) There will not be a make up day for residential customers that receive service 2x per week on Monday/Thursday routes. Customers that are normally serviced 1x per week on Monday will be serviced on Tuesday.

TUESDAY -- We will service all garbage routes normally serviced on Tuesday. We will also service customers that receive 1x per week service on Monday. We will not service any recycling routes.

WEDNESDAY - We will service all garbage routes that are normally serviced on Wednesday. We will not service any recycling routes.

THURSDAY - We will service all garbage routes that are normally serviced on Thursday. We will not service any recycling routes.

FRIDAY - We will service all garbage routes that are normally service on Friday.

Please have your cart(s) to the curb the night prior to the day we are scheduled to collect your garbage.

The Safety of our TEAM MEMBERS will always be our Top Priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding especially when we have to make adjustments like this to our collection schedule.

All Other Customers

Our plan as of right now is to run all routes as scheduled. We may get a later start than normal. However, if the road conditions are worse than we anticipate them being, we may decide to pull our trucks off the road. But at time we are planning on servicing all Monday routes.
